Brittany Kaleka
I’m Brit, the face behind the camera. I’m happiest around big dogs, good food and the outdoors, and I’ve always been someone who notices the little things. I love cooking, creating food content and making something feel just as beautiful as it is useful or meaningful.
That same attention carries into my photography. Portraits have always been the part of this work I’m most drawn to — photographs that feel natural, connected and true to the people in them. I know being in front of a camera can feel uncomfortable, so I’ll give direction when it’s needed while still leaving room for things to unfold naturally. I’m always watching for the moments in between — the small gestures, expressions and connections that can’t really be planned. Often, those are the photographs that carry the most feeling and become more valuable with time.
Outside of photography, I have a strong interest in real estate, design and marketing. I own and manage revenue properties, and I enjoy the creative side of social media, branding and visual presentation. I’m naturally drawn to projects that involve creating, problem-solving and finding thoughtful ways to make something better.
I value kindness, generosity and grace, and I still believe there isn’t much a pint of salted caramel ice cream can’t improve.
I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that allows me to connect with people, create something meaningful for them, and spend so much of my time doing what I genuinely love.
